Intrinsic Motivation
Motivation that comes from within a person, driven by personal interest, enjoyment, values, or satisfaction rather than by external rewards.
Extrinsic Motivation
Motivation that comes from outside a person, such as rewards, recognition, pressure, or other external factors that encourage action.
Inclusion
The process of ensuring that every person or group can fully participate in society by recognizing their needs, removing barriers, and giving them equal opportunities to belong and contribute.
Youth with Fewer Opportunities
Young people who face obstacles that limit their access to participation and opportunities, for example because of economic, social, cultural, geographical, health, disability, educational, or discrimination-related reasons.
